Cuando Edison inventó la bombilla, no le salió a la primera, realizó más de mil intentos.
Un alumno suyo le preguntó que porqué persistía en construir una bombilla, si tras más de 1ooo intentos había fracasado, Edison respondio:
” No son fracasos, he conseguido saber 1000 formas de cómo no debe hacerse una bombilla”.
Debes aceptar el error, el fracaso, como un compañero necesario para crecer y mejorar durante toda tu vida.
Las metas más altas suelen esconderse siempre detrás de dolorosos intentos fallidos.

It is better to lose on the road to an impossible journey that never depart.
When Edison invented the light bulb, made it before over a thousand attempts.
A student asked him why he persisted in building a light bulb, if after more than 1OOO attempts had failed, Edison replied:

Con algunas lágrimas por la emoción, los últimos acordes sonaron en el Auditorio de Monzón para clausurar nuestro VII Curso Internacional.
Más de 100 alumnos de diferentes lugares de España y de Francia e Italia en el escenario formaban el original Ensemble del Curso, con 19 guitarras junto a trompetas, clarinetes, flautas e instrumentos de cuerda.
Yo preparé para ellos dos brillantes danzas.
Sin embargo, las lágrimas brotaron después de la entrega de diplomas.
Mi voz también se quebró al leer el texto de despedida.
En momentos así, sólo se puede decir
GRACIAS:
A la música por unirnos con su magia.
A los profesores por su entrega, su simpatía, su complicidad.
A los monitores por ser, no sólo monitores, sino educadores.
A las estrellas de Peralta, por sonreirnos cada noche en la piscina.
A mi mujer por ser, como siempre, mi punto de apoyo, y por ayudarme, discretamente, en todo momento.
Y, por encima de todo a vosotros, los alumnos del Curso, por hacerme ver en el brillo de vuestros ojos, que hemos conseguido, entre todos, algo profundo, que tardará en olvidarse y que nos ayudará a soportar la soledad y el aburrimiento que muchas veces supone ser músico.

With some tears by the emotion, the last chords sounded in the Monzón Auditorium to close our
VIIth International Course.
More than 100 students of different places from France and Italy in the scene formed the original Ensemble of the Course, with 19 guitars next to trumpets, clarinets, flutes and string instruments.
I prepared an arranjaments of two shinings dances to finalize.
Nevertheless, the tears appeared after the diploma delivery.
My voice also became broken when reading
the goodbye text.
At this moments, it is only possible to say:
THANKS:
To the music to unite to us with its magic.
To the professors by his delivery, his affection, his complicity.
To the monitors for to be, not only monitors, but educating.
To stars of Peralta, by smile every night to us in the swimming pool.
To my wife for to be, as always, my strongpoint and to help me, discreetly, at any moment.
And, over everything to you,
the students of the Course, to make me see, in the brightness of your eyes, that we have obtained, between all, something deep, it will take time in being forgotten and that it will help us to support to the solitude and the boredom that often supposes to be a musician.

Very stimulating to imagine personages, stories… related to the sea.
Always has fascinated me and it been a great source of inspiration.
In three movements: I. The return of merchant, II. Sirens, III. The Pirates’ lair.
Written for Guitar Ensemble (quartet) with flute, clarinet, trumpet, violin I, II, viola,cello and contrabass (ad libitum).

Make me very happy to think that, in the brief minutes that they work my music, perhaps they forget his problems for a while…
