En junio de 2004, cuando fundé GuitarInEnsemble.com, ofrecí mis primeras partituras a una famosa y conocida tienda especializada en venta de todo tipo de material para guitarra.
Me dijeron que les mandara todas mis partituras (no entendieron muy bien o no me escucharon…), que parecía interesante y que a ellos les gustaba tener todas las novedades que aparecían.
En cuanto las recibieron me llamaron por teléfono.
Fue un golpe duro para mí y para mis ilusiones.
Me dijeron que mis partituras eran muy extrañas: para guitarra, trompeta, violín, flauta, cello… :-( que a los guitarristas, ellos los conocen muy bien, no les gusta nada mezclarse con otros instrumentos, que les gusta mucho tocar sólos o con otros guitarristas y que ningún profesor iba a comprar este material.
¡Me hicieron sentir como un loco!
Afortunadamente, desde entonces, son muchos los profesores que se han interesado por mi material y lo utilizan.
Y desde que empecé con esta «locura» he tenido muchas satisfacciones y momentos emocionantes.
Muchas veces pienso que me arriesgué mucho cuando empecé con esto, pero también estoy convencido que, en la vida, detrás del riesgo,suelen esconderse los más preciados tesoros.
Si crees, con toda el alma, en algo, debes hacerlo, aunque todo el mundo diga que está mal y que no funcionará.
Aunque todos tus colegas te digan que estás loco.

In June, 2004, when I founded GuitarInEnsemble.com, I offered my first scores to a famous and known shop specializing in sale of all type of guitar material.
They ordered to me all my scores (they did not deal very well or did not listen to me …), it seemed to be interesting and they like to have all the new features for the guitar world.
They called by phone immediately when they received my scores.
It was a hard blow for me and for my illusions.
They said to me that my scores were very strange: for guitar, trumpet, violin, flute, cello …:-( that They know very well the guitarists, and they don’t like to mix with other instruments,they prefer to touch in solo or with other guitarists and no teachers were going to buy this material.
They made me feel as a madman!
Lucky, since then, there are a lot of teachers who have been interested for my material and use it.
And since I began with this «madness» I have had many satisfactions and exciting moments.
Often I think that I risked much when I began with this, but also am convinced that, in the life, behind the risk, usually it hides the most appraised treasures.
If you believe, with all the soul, in something, you must do it, although everybody says it’s bad and it will not work.
Although all your colleagues say to you that you are crazy.
